In order to understand the organizational requirements, we analyze the current state and future state processes and technology across the relevant clinical, operational, and regulatory dimensions. This assessment is inclusive of the full technical ecosystem, including all formal organizational technology platforms and informal systems, (Excel, etc..) that can be incorporated into integrated formal systems.

We teach organizations, “how to fish”, the organizational capacity building includes both technical management of CRM and web platforms and establishing data governance strategies.

CRM

We partner with nonprofits to optimize processes and data management both within the CRM and integrate with other systems across the organization technical ecosystem.

We assess your CRM data architecture, 3rd party applications, and integrations with other systems in your technical ecosystem.

We work to identify and assess disconnected data silos across organizations and incorporate these disparate systems into your CRM, so that the CRM serves as a centralized system of record.  We have years of experience with databases and data migrations with a range of database systems including Raiser’s Edge, Microsoft Access, FileMaker Pro, and many other legacy platforms.

We will assess your existing or proposed Salesforce system and conform with Salesforce and Nonprofit Success Pack best practices.

We manage the full life cycle of website design projects Including the assessment and configuration of the website backend technical infrastructure to ensure the full stack of technologies are configured for optimal performance. 

In order to create a better user experience and more efficient administration of the data collected on the web, we design, develop and implement website bite and CRM integrations. We incorporate your communications goals and platforms whether you are using a mass email system or are using an email marketing automation platform.

We can also provide ongoing website strategic support and maintenance.
